This paperweight is 3." tall and 2.5" at its widest and weights in at 14oz. It has long clear bubbles coming up through the millefiori waves. I think this looks like an old piece, but I'm no paperweight pro. It is not in perfect condition however. It has one small flea bite near the top. Also, around the base are a few very tiny chips. It is very pretty with all the reds, whites, blues, greens and yellows!
