This paperweight is 3.25" tall and almost 2.25" at its widest and weights in at just over 11oz. It has long clear bubbles coming up through blue & white waves. It has a label on the bottom that reads "NORLEANS Japan". It is not in great condition however. It has one small scratch near the top. I didn't see this but I felt it. Also, around be base are 2 chips, 1 small and 1 large (but smooth).
