Wonderful Yellow Hen on her Nest made by the Boyd Glass Co. She's very pretty with a hint of brown in the slag and a pearly glow all over. She is in excellent condition. I found her at an estate sale in one of the largest collections of quality glass I've ever seen. She is 5-1/2" long from nose to tail, the "nest" bowl is 5-1/2" long, 4-3/8" wide and 1-3/4" deep. She stands 4-1/2" tall from the base to the top of the tail. Both pieces are in excellent condition! The Boyd mark can be found on the inside bottom of the bowl.
