Shipping Rates and Policies

Here at Dillon Market we want every customer to be happy when they receive and unwrap their new purchases. We will package everything as we would like to recieve it. We know that the carriers that transport our items are not always careful, so we are! We ship everything fragile with optional insurance. It is a small fee for peace of mind.
We also believe in recycling. We reuse boxes, "popcorn" stuffing, bubble wrap and all other packing supplies. Most of these items are made of materials that take years to break down in our landfills, so we try to keep them out of the landfills and in circulation as long as they are usefull.

Handling Fee:

We add $2.00 for handling fees to each item purchased to cover the time (and sometimes materials) we spend carefully packaging your new treasure. The weight listed for each product is the shipping weight with packaging included.

Weights:

The weights shown on the listings are shipping weights and not actual weight of the item alone.

Returns:

We will gladly refund your purchase price for items received that are not satisfactory because they are not "received as described". Simply email with your desire to return your merchandise, return the merchandise in its original packaging within 10 days and we will refund your purchase price in full less shipping costs. We will not give refunds for items that are damaged in transportation and did not have insurance purchased to cover such damage. We do not refund shipping costs for any reason.
